Shipping & Returns

We encourage all of our customers double check if the part is correct for their machines before placing an order. If you have difficulties in looking for the right part for your machine, you can search Google, Youtube, manuals or even contact us for help.
                                           
Cancel Order:  
Please send us an email with the title "Cancel My Order" as soon as possible if the order was placed by mistake. We will help cancel the order after we read the emails.

Exchange:
If purchase wrong items, please email us for exchange. We will help find the correct part and arrange a new shippment to you as soon as possible.
 
Return:
Please contact us at service@hipasupport.com before return. After communication, we will provide return shipping address and return ID.

We only accept return in unused and original condition. If the item is used, it will not be eligible for return and refund. Besides, up to 30% restock fee will be charged when return.
