Free Shipping

Shipping and Delivery depand on online order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery time, but we will do our best to provide accurate estimates.

It takes 2-4 weeks for each order to be delivered worldwide from China. Deliveries occur mostly on weekdays. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day of order if ordered before 12:00 noon (PST), or if ordered on Friday, or the weekend, or a bank holiday, the next working day. We do not usually dispatch on the weekend, but you are welcome to request this if you have an urgent order. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Note: During coronavirus period, the shipping may take 30 - 45 days to some area. If you are highly sensitive with the delivery time, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Returns and Exchange

If you receive your goods in unsatisfactory condition then please contact us immediately to request a replacement or refund. DO NOT send anything back without contacting us first. All items must be returned to us in their original packing and accompanied by original copy of the invoice/paperwork and a letter describing the problem.

Return shipping address and return ID will be provided after sending us an email at service@hipa360.com. Please email us with subject 'Return and Exchange' to let us assist you faster.

A pickup and/or restock fee up to 30% of the orginal order amount may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Hipa to process your return.
