Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Delivery is depended by internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Orders will take about 2-4 weeks to be delivered worldwide from China. Deliveries occur mostly on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Hipa late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Note: During coronavirus period, the shipping may take 30 - 45 days to some area. If you are highly sensitive with the delivery time, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns and Exchange
We want you to be completely happy with your Hipa order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Return shipping address and return ID will be provided after send us an email at email@example.com. Please use email subject 'Return and Exchange' to let us assist you faster.
A pickup and/or restock fee up to 30% of the orginal order amount may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for Hipa to process your return.
